This extraordinary event “MAMATOTO”, which in Swahili means “motherbaby”, will raise funds for AMREF’s maternal and child health initiative, endorsed by Graça Machel, our global campaign patron.

Come and enjoy the sights and sounds of Africa at this one-of-a-kind celebration on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Polson Pier on Toronto’s waterfront. Vendors will be on hand selling unique arts and crafts. A live and silent auction will feature African jewelry and artwork, fantastic getaways including a South African Safari, an exclusive golf vacation and a unique west coast adventure tour! And, of course, we’ll have dancing and live African music.
Funds raised at MAMATOTO will help to ensure no woman or baby dies needlessley during pregnancy or childbirth.

I hope you can join us! Please take a moment now to order your tickets for MAMATOTO. You don’t want to miss out.
Tickets are $250 each, and can be purchased by calling Liz Doyle, Donor Relations Manager, at (416) 961-6981 or by emailing liz@amrefcanada.org.
