Bells Are Ringing tells the story of Ella Peterson, operator at Sue’s Answer Phone, as she falls in love with the voice on the other end of the line. This classic Broadway show originally starred Judy Holliday and featured the standards “Just in Time” and “The Party’s Over.” This staged reading keeps the play and score intact, but uses minimalist staging to create an intimate performance.
