Jamai Raja. Interestingly Ranbir will serve as a catalyst for Mahi (played by Shiny Doshi) and get her to acknowledge and reciprocate Satya’s (Ravi Dubey) love. The actor will be seen performing to the title track of his eagerly awaited movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil as also the chartbuster ‘Buleya’.
The Diwali celebration in Mahi’s ancestral home in Kolkata comes up amidst some high-voltage drama brewing on ‘Jamai Raja’ where Ranbir will ask Mahi to let go of her ego and reconcile with husband Satya – that his love for her is genuine and that she mustn’t let it go. Viewers can also look forward to Ranbir shaking a leg to dad Rishi Kapoor’s ‘Ek main aur ek tu’ and also partaking in the Maha Arti of Devi Laxmi. And if it’s Diwali, it’s time for taash … So, when asked about his luck with cards, Ranbir shared, “I am unlucky in cards and love.”
