Priyanka Chopra has never shied away from speaking her mind especially when it comes to causes she believes in. Besides supporting girl power, the actress also stresses on the need to voice out against racism. However, despite being a former beauty queen and a successful movie and global star, Priyanka continued to face racism and she revealed about the experience recently.

Readers may be aware that Priyanka Chopra is back in town for Christmas and New Year during which she will be wrapping up her commitments in the country. Besides endorsements and reading a few scripts, Priyanka will also shoot for the episode of Koffee With Karan. The episode it seems was the platform where the actress decided to speak about the incident when Karan questioned her about racism.

Not the one to mince words, Priyanka Chopra revealed that she faced racism recently but not with the Hollywood studios, it was at the airport. The actress, who shuttles between India and U.S. due to work commitments, was at one of the international airports waiting for her flight at the first class passengers lounge. During this time, one of the ground staffs spoke rudely to the actress which turned into an argument but it was only after the actress showed her valid first class passenger pass did the personnel apologize.

However, she decided to not to cloud her opinion on the warmth she has always received based on one incident. Priyanka has time and again expressed the love she has received from Hollywood and even from the team of her series ‘Quantico’. During the recent episode of the chat show, besides discussing the incident, the actress also had ample amount of tips for the ones who are looking at having a Hollywood career.
