Ranveer Singh has never played it safe. Be it is his sartorial or movie choices…the man knows how to play with fire and emerge all victorious too. He shattered box office convention after playing a ruthless anti-hero in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat and got critical as well as popular support for the same. When it comes to his dressing too, he does not believe in underplaying… at all. He likes to shock and stun us with his outrageous numbers, and yeah he enjoys every bit of it! With Ranveer Singh around, we don’t have a single dry moment. That’s for sure.
So, recently our man has grabbed headlines, because among other things, he donned a sequined pink jacket from Manish Arora’s women’s collection and set another example in gender fluidity. He believes in no rules and we love, love, love him for that! Just a while ago his girlfriend Deepika Padukone mentioned on a talk show that she would like Ranveer to tone down his quirky fashion sense. Comedian Tanmay Bhatt also recently said that he thinks that our Gully Boy’s choice of clothes has become extinct and he would like to see the stuff he rejects!
Now, all said and done we must appreciate Ranveer’s courage for sporting risqué clothes and rocking them too! We truly believe is the Bollywood hero we deserve. What say?
