The fourth day of the five-day fashion extravaganza, Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2019 edition saw the Jodhpur-based fashion designer, Raghavendra Rathod unveil his latest collection. The closing show of Day 4 witnessed the Chacha-Bhatiji jodi of Anil Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor as showstoppers for designer Raghavendra Rathore. But you certainly can expect DRAMA, DRAMA AND MORE DRAMA when Ranveer Singh is in the house! Ranveer enthralled everyone with his antics and hijacked the duo’s runway routine with his shenanigans. Janhvi looked stunning in black and walked with the utmost grace and poise. meanwhile, Anil Kapoor with his signature spunk owned the runway and greeted Ranveer who was seated in the front row with gusto. Ranveer too had everyone enthralled with his infectious charm! As the show-stopping duo walked with the designer, Ranveer hijacked and the joined the trio in their final runway routine!
The designer’s collection for Lakmé Fashion Week 2019 was titled, An Ode To The Bandhgala, influenced by and created around formal evening dressing. Presented by Nexa, the show saw ensembles that reflected the rich handicrafts and artisanal heritage of India with a sense of responsibility that leaned towards sustainable fashion. The range that showcased the reinvented bandhgala, both for men and women was designed in silk and natural yarn using intricate embroideries on a brilliant colour palette of dark neutral tones like blue, black, ivory and grey. While the womenswear range of bandhgalas reflected muted opulence, the menswear collection incorporated bolder and modern masculine lines.

Anil greeted Ranveer who was bubbling with his signature infectious energy from the front row.
The show ended on a high note with Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Raghavendra Rathore walking together and posing for the shutterbugs.
