Malayalam superstar Mohanlal seems to have found himself in an uncalled for controversy after forest officials of Kerala registered an FIR against him for the possession of ivory from elephant tusks. The ivory was found in the actor's house during an income tax raid conducted in the year 2010.
Along with Mohanlal, P.N. Krishnakumar and N. Krishnakumar too were booked for possession of ivory but it was later found that the duo had licenses given by the forest officials. The duo handed over the ivory to Mohanlal when they moved abroad.
