Kartik Aaryan has impressed us with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and is now in the big league with a lot of interesting movies coming up. He completed a film with Sara Ali Khan recently, directed by Imtiaz Ali and is riding high on popularity as well. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama he was asked a lot of questions about his ‘FIRSTS’.
He was asked about the first time he ever auditioned and he said, “There was this deo ka ad jisme maine audition diya tha, mujhe toh bahar se hi reject kar diya tha. (There was this deo ad where I had auditioned. They rejected me from outside only.)
When asked about his first thought this morning and he said, “Aaj thand jyaada hai. Mai Dilli mai utha tha. Toh wahan thand thi. Maine AC chala rakha tha aur thand jyaada ho gai thi (My first thought is, today it is very cold. I woke up in Delhi and had kept the AC on at night so it was very cold.”)
He also said that he opens Instagram first thing in the morning. Not many know but his first job was an ad. He said, “My first job was an ad. Ek channel promo tha. Saath aanth log the toh humne cardboard pakda hua tha, uspe likha tha ‘Have ya to’ aur ek sentence banta hai pura…wo mera first job tha as an actor. (My first job was an ad for a channel promo. I stood with a card board plague with eight other boys. A word was written on each plague which became a sentence.)
He said his first role model Shah Rukh sir. He also revealed that he cried during Baaghban and Baazigar
