Well-known Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli seems to be mighty impressed by our very own Sonam Kapoor. Sonam first met him around 5 years back when they shot for an international magazine. After that she has been invited to all his shows and she gets a sneak preview of his collection much before anyone else. In fact every year at Cannes, she is the only Bollywood celeb who attends Cavalli's most talked about party.
Needless to say Sonam was among the special guests at Roberto Cavalli's flagship store opening in Delhi earlier this week. Cavalli personally walked the red carpet with Sonam for the opening and post the event, the actress was even invited to a special sit down dinner with Cavalli's family and his core team. Next morning they even shot an exclusive feature for a prestigious international magazine.
Speaking about his admiration for Sonam, Cavalli said, "Sonam is one of the most beautiful women in India and the most promising actress of her generation. Her natural elegance and amazing body embodies my designs perfectly. It was for me an obvious choice to invite her and arrive with her at my first boutique opening in India, as we have such a privileged and beautiful relationship."
