Veteran actor Randhir Kapoor was admitted to the ICU unit at Breach Candy hospital on Saturday after he complained of breathlessness and chest discomfort. However, the actor, who was in the intensive care unit (ICU) under senior physician Dr Farukh Udiwala, has since been moved to the normal ward.
The doctors at the hospital now say that Kapoor had suffered respiratory distress and is now stable. Kapoor who was last seen in Sajid Khan's Housefull 2 as Dr. Dabboo Kapoor is well on his way to recovery.
