USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Ram Gopal Varma's Satya which released on July 3, 1998, was his claim to fame. The film not only became a Box Office hit, but also got a lot of critical acclaim. And a sequel to this blockbuster was inevitable. And now, to celebrate the film's 15th anniversary, the makers have decided to launch the first look of its sequel, Satya 2, on the same date.
"Satya is one of finest films ever made in Bollywood and RGV is still applauded for that. The director felt that releasing the first look of its sequel on the prequel's 15th anniversary would be the perfect way to celebrate its success," says RGV's spokesperson.
However, the launch will not be at an event. "The first look will be circulated to publications and other prospective media. We are sure that it will create more buzz for the already anticipated film," adds the spokesperson.
