Kangna Ranaut may be currently riding high on the success of her recently released film Queen, however the actress hasn't let the merry making hamper the progress of her next film Revolver Rani. Though the film is still in progress, the makers have decided on making a change in the film.
Apparently, director Sai Kabir has decided on changing the name of Kangna's character in the film from Alka Gujjar to Alka Singh. The reason behind this change is said to be the current election fever that has gripped the nation. It is learnt that the makers don't want to cause any trouble, and neither want to offend the Gujjar community. Besides this, since the film is a political one, akin to a tamasha, it also speaks about the sick practices of the society. Apart from the name change, the makers have also muted foul language in the film. With these change coming in now, Kangna will have to redub for several scenes in the film.
Revolver Rani that also stars Vir Das and is set against the backdrop of Indian politics is slated for release later this month.
