Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…While Bollywood is known for its glamour and entertainment quotient, it is also infamous for link-up rumours, scandals and controversies. Of late, Indian model turned actress Lisa Haydon turned a victim after the media hounded her with questions of her alleged affair with Varun Dhawan. The actress in a bid to dodge the question stated that Varun Dhawan has a girlfriend and he is engaged.
This fueled up a lot more of hush-hush whispers about the young actor Varun Dhawan and later Lisa Haydon had to clarify it on the micro-blogging site, Twitter. The actress wrote on her Twitter handle, "I Am Single! @Varun_dvn is NOT engaged. Enough misinterpreting. Over. Please?" But this did not end there as Varun Dhawan who too seemed miffed with the hype created around his personal life decided to respond. He said, "@HaydonLisa this really cracked me up. best of luck with shaukeen miss haydon". However, the response tweet of Varun Dhawan was deleted by the actor for reasons unknown but we managed to retrieve it from the actress Lisa who expressed her gratitude after Varun gave his best wishes for her upcoming film.
After clarifying her stand, Lisa Haydon once again took to her Twitter handle to express her relief about the matter being sorted. She said, "Ok good night y'all. Been great clearing this up. Later!"
Lisa Haydon is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film The Shaukeens which is a remake of the 80s classic Shaukeen. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Piyush Mishra, Annu Kapoor and it is slated to release on November 7.
