While the world is aware that Narendra Modi had taken a trip to Canada very recently, what has come as a pleasant surprise is to know that from the film industry, it was lead actor youngster Vinay Virmani who was the chosen one to honour the Indian Prime Minister in his country.
"Vinay was invited by the Canadian PMO to host the State Dinner in honour of Canada and India. The Right Honourable Stephen Harper and His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, spent time receiving guests at this event and both took to the stage to address those in attendance. The event took place in Vancouver, BC," informs our source.
The well attended event also saw many ministers from both countries, high commissioners and business tycoons.
The source further reveals that Modi and Vinay got along famously and talked about movies etc. Mr. Modi who has an amazing fashion sense, complimented Vinay on his Red Jacket. The youngster says that he was even invited by the Prime Minister to visit him in India.
