Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Madhur Bhandarkar has always been known for his hard hitting films that more often than not depict the seedy underbelly of various walks of life. Well, now we hear that Bhandarkar, whose next release Calendar Girls that focuses on the life of real life calendar girls and what they go through, has been passed with a UA certificate by the censor board.
Tweeting about the same Bhandarkar posted, "Relieved and Happy that the Censor Board has given U/A certificate for the teaser trailer of #CalendarGirls!" Interestingly just a few moments before posting about the certification, Madhur had unveiled a teaser image of the girls in the film tweeting, "FIVE new FACES. FIVE new JOURNEYS. CALENDAR GIRLS & their Date with Destiny: This August".
Produced by Mangal Murti Films Pvt Ltd and Bhandarkar Entertainment, Calendar Girls is slated to release on August 7, 2015.
