USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…A couple of years ago, we had reported that Vidhu Vinod Chopra is planning the third installment of 'Munnabhai', titled Munnabhai Chale Delhi and that this time around, it will be filmmaker Subhash Kapoor, who will be directing the film. However, now, it has been revealed that Subhash Kapoor will no more be a part of the film.

The film Munnabhai Chale Delhi initially faced a problem when the leading hero of the film, Sanjay Dutt, was sentenced to imprisonment. Now that the actor has almost completed his jail sentence and will soon be back in action, it is being said that Subhash Kapoor has been removed as a director due to creative differences. From what we hear, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani, were not happy with the draft which was submitted by Subhash Kapoor and hence decided to call off their deal.

Subhash Kapoor, too agreed about creative differences and mentioned that the script of the third installment of Munnabhai was made, keeping in mind about the political condition in 2013 and after Sanjay Dutt's imprisonment and a new government coming into power, the film had lost its importance and he along with Vidhu Vinod Chopra decided to end the contract mutually.

Along with retaining the essence of Munna Bhai, his sidekick will be played by Arshad Warsi who shot to fame as the popular character 'Circuit'.
