Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…After the success of Dum Laga Ke Haisha, we hear that Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar are all set to romance each other once again. The duo has apparently been roped in for Tigmanshu Dhulia and Ekta Kapoor's upcoming film Bhoole Se Naam Na Lo Pyaa Ka.
The film in question has undergone many changes ever since the day it was announced. While it was initially titled as Milan Talkies, there were many actors who were changed and replaced as the leads. Starting with Shahid Kapoor to Aditya Roy Kapur to Imran Khan, there were speculations about them playing the male leads. Imran Khan, who was finalized for the role recently, now has been replaced once again, this time by Ayushmann Khurrana.
Imran Khan had given a nod for the film about a couple of years back but after the disappointing response for Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara, Imran Khan and Ekta Kapoor had a fallout. After the announcement of Katti Batti, however, Imran and Ekta decided to let bygones be bygones. But now, there has been yet another change in the casting. From what we hear, Imran Khan had apparently charged a high fee which was the reason for the replacement.
On the other hand, the casting for the leading lady too has undergone many changes and names of actresses like Priyanka Chopra and Shraddha Kapoor were being tossed around. However, now it has been learnt that Bhumi Pednekar is being considered for the role.
