USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Ever since the time the Tony D'Souza directed Azhar has been announced, it has been making news. This time round, the news is that, the film's music composer Pritam has now been replaced by the budding talent Amaal Mallik (who had composed the music of the Sooraj Pancholi-Athiya Shetty starrer Hero).

The reason for Pritam to be out of the project is being cited as health issues, because of which he was not being able to follow the deadline. Speaking about this, Pritam's spokesperson told the media that Pritam had lost out on three weeks because of his hospitalisation in February. And because of this, he wasn't able to complete Azhar's soundtrack. And since Azhar is scheduled to release in May, the film makers were not able to afford the delay.

Reports have it that while Amaal Mallik has already composed 2 romantic tracks for the biopic, Ekta Kapoor has requested Pritam to compose at least one song for Azhar, because of the goodwill that she shares with Pritam. Reports also have it that the film's first poster and the trailer is expected to come out soon.

Azhar, which stars Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai and Nargis Fakhri in the lead roles, is being readied to be released on May 13 this year.
