Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Earlier we had reported that the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had gone out of his way to ensure the Yash Raj Films' project Sultan that features Salman Khan have a hassle free shoot schedule in the state. Well, after wrapping the shoot both Salman and the film's director Ali Abbaz Zafar took to twitter thanking the chief minister and the state government for the hospitality. Now we hear that the still underproduction film has already received a tax free status in UP.

In fact, The State Minister of Entertainment Department UP, Madan Chauhan has announced the tax free status for the film. The reason behind this move is apparently to encourage filmmakers to shoot more in the state for which the filmmakers will get complete support from the Government. As for Sultan's tax free status, the film will enjoy a tax break not just in multiplexes but in single screens as well, along with a special scheme that will be brought in by the government later.

Sultan was shot at Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh recently is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar also stars Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh. The film is set to hit the screens in Eid this year.
