Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…All those who have seen the recently released Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan must have definitely noticed the scene in which its character Gaurav Khanna takes a box of sweet delicacy 'soan paapdi' from the historic Ghantewala Sweet Shop.

While the audiences must not have found anything amiss in the said scene, but, Sushant Jain (owner of the by-now-defunct sweet shop) raised an objection on Shah Rukh Khan for using their brand name without permission. That's why the shop owners have slapped a legal notice on Shah Rukh Khan, asking him for compensation on the grounds of using their iconic shop's name in Fan, but, not crediting them for the same.
