Himmatwala Collection At Box Office

After the average collection on the 1st weekend, Hindi movie Himmatwala, featuring Ajay Devgn and Tamanna Bhatia in leads, indicates a great deal of dip in its business on the Indian Box Office on the weekdays. Trade experts think that if the Sajid Khan-directed movie goes on the current pace, it wouldn’t be able to cross Rs 50 crore mark in the domestic collection centers in the 1st week.
Himmatwala, which happens to be among the hugely talked about Bollywood movies of 2013, opened up to below-the-expected-mark response on Friday. When the producers were anticipating have a big jump on Saturday, the film dropped significantly. Its business went upwards on Sunday, however it was low by 15%+ in comparison with its opening day business.

The business of the Ajay Devgn and Tamanna starrer came by nearly 60% on first Monday, in comparison with its Sunday collection. Also it dropped more on Tuesday. Himmatwala has gathered Rs 39.70 crores net at the Indian Box Office in 5 days. Its breakup is Rs 12.1 cr on Fri, Rs 8.5 cr on Sat, Rs 10.5 cr on Sun, Rs 4.5 cr on Mon and Rs 4.1 cr on Tue.

Probably the most disheartening aspect about Himmatwala it’s mauled by respected critics and the word of mouth is very negative. The film had got a bit of hope by getting good numbers in mass-dominated circuits on initial day. Even these numbers proceeded a declining fling on the following days. Sajid Khan had expected to score his second century with this movie. But trade experts believe his dreams is going to be shattered since it won’t be able to exceed Rs 100 crore mark even at the worldwide Box Office.
