The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at approximately 12:50 a.m., a 19-year-old woman ordered an Uber ride from the company’s online system
– a man came to pick her up and drive her
– during the ride, the driver sexually assaulted the woman
On Saturday, December 10, 2016, Orjon Leska, 38, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, January 16, 2017, 1 p.m., room 202.
A sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration.
