Ian Mitchell, 73, was last seen on the afternoon of Sunday, October 22, 2017, in the Berkeley Street and Shuter Street area.
He is described as 5â€
11�, 180 lbs., medium build, grey hair, full white beard. He was last seen wearing a grey sweater, black pants, black windbreaker jacket.
Police are concerned for his safety.
