The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Ophelia Pelikan, 58, was last seen on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at 12:15 p.m., in area of Dundas Street West and Bathurst Street.
She is described as 5’9″, with a heavy build, and light brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink, puffy jacket.
Police are concerned for her safety.
