The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Frank Teixeira, 19, was last seen on Friday, June 28, 2019, at 7 a.m., in the Close Avenue and King Street West area.
He is described as thin build, dark hair, and was last seen wearing a yellow construction helmet, dark blue shirt and dark pants.
Police are concerned for his well-being.
