Public Mobile continues to support local communities with its sponsorship of last weekend’s Family Day Walkathon to raise money for the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga. The Walkathon was organized by the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA). In addition to raising funds for charity, ICNA is hoping to raise awareness of the importance of family values in today’s society.
“Public Mobile is a Canadian company that believes in giving back to our local communities,” said Alek Krstajic, CEO of Public Mobile. Continued Krstajic, “As a new member of the Mississauga community and surrounding area, we want to be involved in making a difference in people’s lives. It’s about Canadians helping Canadians.”
As an added bonus, Public Mobile announced a special offer of $25 for unlimited talk and text. Customers who join before February 28th, pay only $25 for 6 months. They will also get free Canadian and U.S. long distance and free voicemail, which is a $50 value for only $25 month. And customers who bring a Public Mobile walkathon coupon to any of Public Mobile’s Mississauga locations will receive a free Bluetooth headset with any new activation.
