
Chili Oil
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over high heat until oil reaches about 375°F.
Remove from heat and add crushed red pepper and sesame oil. Let cool.
Transfer oil to an airtight jar.
