Chinese Mango Pudding Recipe

Mango Pudding

Serves 4


1 envelope unflavored gelatin

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup 2 percent evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups pureed fresh mangoes

4 ice cubes


Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water and stir until the liquid is smooth

Mix it with the rest of the ingredients and stir until ice cubes are melted.

Pour mixture into moulds and chill for 4 hours.
