Italian Eel Pan Fried Recipe

Eel Pan Fried 


• 2 lbs. of eel-skinned, and cleaned

• 1/2 cup of olive oil

• flour

• 1 tsp. of rosemary

• salt and pepper


1• Cut eel lengthwise into 4 inch pieces

2• Sprinkle with salt,pepper, and rosemary

3• Dredge in flour

4• Fry until golden brown on all sides
