Braised Pumpkin


1 lb pumpkin

4 tbsp oil

½ stalk leek, chopped

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp sugar

½ cup water


Peel pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut into 2 inch squares.

Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry pumpkin. Add leek, sugar, and water. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve hot.
