200 gms fresh corn
3 to 4 green chillies
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp oil
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp chilli powder
If using fresh corn boil it and separate the corn kernels.
In a pan pour oil and add jeera so that it splutters.
Then add the chillies and onions and fry for sometime.
Add the corn, salt, chilli powder and garam masala and fry for some time.
After turning off the stove add the coriander leaves.
Ready to serve.
