For the week of Nov. 16, our clinics will be open to those in high-risk/priority populations ONLY.
This includes:

Starting November 18, 2009 Peel Region H1N1 Clinics are OPEN to everyone regardless of age or priority group.

Pregnant women and those who have children aged 6 months to one year should contact their doctor to see if he or she can provide vaccine. If not, they should call Peel Public Health at 905-799-7700 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine. The shots will be administered through special Peel Public Health settings and specific obstetric practices.

Peel Public Health H1N1 Vaccine Clinics

  • The H1N1 vaccine is FREE and available at Peel Public Health clinics for everyone 1 year of age and older who lives or works in Peel (including those 65 years of age and older).
  • Pregnant women and children 6 months to 1 year of age must see a doctor to get the H1N1 vaccine.
  • If you think you might have the flu, wait until you are better to get vaccinated.
  • Children 6 months to 9 years of age will require 2 vaccinations. There must be at least 21 days between the first and second vaccine.
  • For quicker registration, bring your health card and/or driver’s license.
  • Bring an interpreter if needed.
  • Children under 14 years of age need consent from their parent/legal guardian to get the vaccine

Please note, the Brampton Soccer Centre is a shared community facility with ongoing programs. The H1N1 Vaccine Clinic at this location will be smaller than other locations with limited parking We ask residents to consider car pooling and the use of public transit where possible.
