The national Secretary for Social Welfare in the ruling Sudan People Liberation Movement (SPLM) Norah Zangabeyo believes paying visits habitually to schools across the new nation would help giving moral or psychological support to both teaching forces and pupils.

“Leaders must multiply their frequent visits to Schools, take their time and keenly listen to plights affecting school pupils and students as well as teachers,” she said.

She said keen listening to plights would help identify key issues majorly affecting them respectively as the leaders find ways to accordingly address them.

The leader added that the practice once it is adopted by every South Sudanese leader will not only help identifying key issues majorly affecting the subjects but will always give strong moral apart from demonstrating togetherness or sharing problems and happiness.

She said giving moral support to both pupils or students and teachers is incredibly crucial as it encourages teachers to inspire and teach them with moral and this encourages the taught ones to behalf morally and responsibly as preparations for future leadership in the Country.

“Our new nation needs much of psychological support. We must move it morally using our presences at work places. We must talk of what to be done and not to be done as well. While at schools, moral support comes when we visit them teachers and students or pupils without which nothing like successes will be attained easily. It is simply we avail our presence, talk about challenges and achievements, analyse our strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses. We do these because we are trying to share our achievements and failures,” Norah stressed.
