Lingling was appointed in 2010 and his removal comes in line with the general reinstucturing the new government after the removal of the former Governor Taban Deng Gai but SG was retained for some time in his office.
Following the reshuffling of the new State Government only few were retained to continue working with the new government.
Currently the government of Unity State has appointed 8 government Advisors, 10 ministers, 8 Governor Advisors, 15 Ministerial Advisors and 2 Advisors to the County Commissioners that many were suggesting for the increase of the line ministries to 13 to accommodate some of the newly appointed Ministries and County Advisors.
The huge government is also planning to work closely with the citizens for effective services delivery that many would believe when action taken as many were isolated since the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) and could not enjoy the necessary services needed.
The provision of the necessary services such as roads, schools, clean drinking water and health that the government put on top priorities is what the citizens are waiting for.
