The Office block whose plot size is measured 80 by 80 metres; equivalent to 6,400 square metres with its present built size being 418m2 has been undergoing construction in Torit across Kineti river.

The ongoing construction at Gumbo residential area across Hinatie is to host the state Ministry of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development.

The works cost $ 400,000 by the Capacity Building Trust Fund (CBTF) through the MBF Construction Company and the minister confidently expressed contentment as she noted that it was good to inspect the ongoing facility to verify if standard works proceed well or not.

At the site was the MBF Construction Company site manager Mr. Mesfin Kassa who briefed the Minister and was accompanied by the CBTF supervisor Engineer Linous Kebulu Geri.

The Minister shared the progress on the ongoing construction which is expected to conclude later this year.

In earlier September, the South Sudan CBTF Project Coordinator, Patrick Katuramu also paid a visit to the key government facility undergoing construction in Torit.

The minister said the CBTF Coordinator confirmed the construction was proceeding well, what remains to be finalized include three main parts notably septic tank, generator and fence.
