The management committee which comprises of seven officials is headed by state deputy governor Zackaria Joseph Garang. 

The state government has also formed a security and stability committee comprising of six members headed by state minister of Local government, Law Enforcement John Urubano Madut as chairperson and SPLA Division Five Infantry Commander David Manyok as member.

Other committees include the mobilization committee which is comprised of 15 members and the Humanitarian Committee and Finance Committee with seven members.

Speaking to Gurtong after the first sitting of the committee today, state deputy Governor Zackaria Joseph Garang said the state management coordination committee which consists of sub-committees mandatory is to carry out the supervision and management of crisis related matters of the current humanitarian situation in the country particularly the wounded army at the state military hospital.

“These terms are also soliciting of financial and material items relevant to the terms,” said Garang.

He said the committees will carry out human resource mobilization, awareness for peace and reconciliation and conduct analysis on day to day events in the state.
