Upon her appointment, the newly appointed minister, Monica Achol William, said the move is paramount to the women of Northern Bahr el Ghazal.

“This is really a good political momentum to the women of NBGS because it is through their request that made me to be a minister today, without them calling for the additional presentation; I would not have been a Minister.”

The recent appointment of the 5 Advisors brings the total number of advisors in the state to 10 while cabinetministers to a total of 14.
