Manipur bomb blast kills five people

Imphal: At least five people are died including a student & many are injured due to the bomb blast at a shop in Manipur’s Imphal west district, declared the district officials. The bomb was chucked in the Sangakpham area on the outskirts of the capital city around 2.30 PM where people were in the shop for buying things.

The officials examined that the explosion was so strong that, the window panes of the nearby houses are also the victims of the bomb blast. And some of the people who are injured, they are in a critical situation admitted in the city hospital. The injured people were admitted to Okram Ibobi Singh along with high civil & police officials who visited the spot. And till date no group has claimed their hands behind the bomb blast.
