India’s famous crusader Anna Hazare and his team who are fighting the congress over its Jan Lokpal draft bill have sent their Sarpanch to visit Rahul Gandhi in the capital city of India.
Jaisingh Mapari who is a close ally of Anna Hazare and is a Sarpanch of his Ralegan Siddhi Village will hold talks with Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday on the instructions of Anna Hazare.
Mapari said “Rahul Gandhi has called us for talks. Anna has directed us to hold the talks. If he wants to come here, we will welcome him in the village”. He said the invitation to Rahul Gandhi was conveyed to him through congress MP PT Thomas, who visited their village a few days ago and expressed that he was highly overwhelmed by the development work in their village.
He further added “Annaji suggested that if there can be a solution through talk, then they should take place. We are also waiting for talks. There have been no talks with Rahulji as yet. It will be good if Annaji and Rahulji talk. We welcome him for talks. If Annaji is called for talks, then we will let him know.
