Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, made a statement on Saturday regarding the disbursement of millions of rupees to politicians by the ISI to manipulate elections results back in the 90s.

Mr. Khan expressed his opinion on the case saying that leaders and political parties who took money from Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) or any other secret agency should give up politics, further adding that he would have done the same if he was in their position. He also said that he has not taken a single paisa from any such agency and tried to cheat the system to gain power and wealth.

Khan was speaking to the media and the general public in Gujjar Khan and stressed that the leaders of PPP and PML-N join hands for their selfish benefits with their personal agenda whereas they keep shouting about each other’s corruption and wrong doing in the public. He also said that both the parties are cheating the nation accusing each other on the media whereas they have joined hands in real for power and money, keeping the interests of the country in the background.

He also criticized the President saying he has eaten the money of the public of Pakistan and is also protecting all the criminals in his regime other than protecting the interest of the people of Pakistan.

He ended his address saying that no matter what these leaders have done in the past and what they plan to do; PTI’s tsunami will sweep everyone away and come to rescue the nation.
