Five guards guarding the borders of Iran, were earlier kidnapped by the extremist Jaishul Adl terrorist group, were finally released this Saturday, according to the Iranian Parliament’s member representing the Iranshahr, city of Sistan and Baluchestan province, Mohammad Saeed Arbabi.

The five Iranian border guards were kidnapped at the Jakigour site located in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan province on the 6th of February and taken them to Pakistan. The Iranian officials had clearly held the Pakistani Government accountable on this issue. Last October the terrorists had conducted a similar attack by murdering 14 border guards and wounding three other. The Jaishul Adl terrorist group had tweeted on the 26th of February that their religious court had sentenced the five Iranian soldiers to death, after the Iranian Government had executed one of the relatives of their group’s members in Iran. Pakistan had found the hiding place of the extremist Jaishul Adl group, informed an official of the Iranian foreign ministry, Mohammad Rafiei on the 25th of February.

Hossein Tala that Pakistan will be held accountable for any terrorist attack that is brought upon a terrorist group hiding in their land. ‘We will certainly not refrain from taking any measures (necessary) to protect its borders,’ said Tala, ‘If they cannot curb these terrorists, they should let us know and we will take (the required) steps.’
