The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Unit has charged an Ottawa man with second degree murder following a stabbing incident on Cousineau Street early this morning.
Benjamin Taylor, age 18, of Ottawa has been charged with one count of Second Degree Murder. He will appear in court on March 19, 2011.
The 22 year old victim has been identified as Scott Ledoux.
