The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 13 year old female, Olivia ROSS.
ROSS was last seen on March 24th, 2011 just after 9:00 p.m. in the North End area of Winnipeg.
ROSS is described as: Aboriginal, 5’5’ in height, 130lbs, short straight black hair, brown eyes, wearing: a white sweater overtop of a red hoody, red pyjama pants, white sneakers, red & white knitted toque with strings hanging down either side, and carrying a green Superstore bag.
ROSS is known to frequent the downtown area.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers ROSS to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
