On Friday, March 25, 2011, at about 8:30 a.m., police arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Wednesday, November 23, 2010, an 18-year-old woman was driven around in a vehicle, drugged and subsequently sexually assaulted by a man.
Michael Mullins, 47, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault,
2) Administer Drugs for Sex,
3) Breach of Recognizance.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, March 28, 2011.
