On Thursday, March 31, 2011, at 3:20 p.m., plainclothes officers were in the Bloor Street West/Royal York Road area.
It is alleged that:
– a man walked into a coffee shop and sat down in front of three girls,
– the man exposed himself to the girls.
Ronald Heath, 70, of Mississagua, has been charged with:
1) Indecent Act,
2) Fail to Comply Probation,
3) Revocation of Bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Friday, April 1, 2011, room 205, 9 a.m.
