The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa man with 1 count of sexual assault as a result of an incident that occurred in Kanata during the early morning hours of February 19, 2011.
An investigation was commenced after a 26-year old woman reported that she had fallen asleep in a taxi cab and upon waking up was inappropriately touched by the male driver while she exited the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the inappropriate touching occurred over a 3 hour period while the woman was asleep in the cab.
Oleg BOUZOVER, age 44, was arrested on March 30, 2011 and released on conditions.
