On Tuesday, May 3, 2011, the Gun and Gang Task Force executed a search warrant with the assistance of the 31 Division Community Response Unit, at a home on Judy Sgro Avenue.
It is alleged that:
– during the warrant, two handguns and a quantity of Cocaine were seized.
Austin Miller, 41, of Toronto, is charged with:
1. two counts of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
2. two counts of Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
3. two counts of Possession of a Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition
4. two counts of Possession of a Firearm Obtained by the Commission of an Offence
5. two counts of Firearm Careless Storage
6. two counts of Careless Storage of Ammunition
7. three counts of Possession for the Purpose Cocaine
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, room 101, 10 a.m
