On Sunday, May 29, 2011, at 11:09 p.m., police responded to the sound of gunshots in the Martin Grove Road/Finch Avenue West area.
Police located a 15-year-old boy suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
He was taken to hospital, via emergency run, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as Andrew Naidoo, 15.
It is reported that:
– the victim was with other people prior to the shooting in the centre courtyard at the rear of 1803-1801Martin Grove Road
– they ran from the scene during the shooting
