The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Monday, May 9, 2011, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a woman was traveling northbound on the subway, near Rosedale station,
– while on the train, the woman was sexually assaulted by a man who was seated next to her,
– the woman took a photograph of the man with her cell phone before she left the train.
