– a man used a shovel-type garden tool to hit several young raccoons in his backyard
Dong Nguyen, 53, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1. Cruelty to Animals
2. Weapons Dangerous
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, room 111, 11 a.m.
